Continuous Bluetooth disconnection issue -Noise Quad call 1.81” Jet black

Hello Noise Team, I purchased the newly launched Noise Quad Call smartwatch. Model: Noise Quad Call 1.81" Display, Bluetooth Calling, Jet Black Issue: The watch keeps getting disconnected from my phone. After pairing, it works for about 10 minutes and then disconnects automatically.I have tried unpairing, restarting phone + watch, and reinstalling the NoiseFit app, but the issue continues. worst watch.

Decent step tracker

Used it mainly for step tracking. Its quite accurate. The app synced with Google fit. Charge lasted a week, with calling and most other features disabled. Had to power off, reinstall app, resync, reach out to customer support etc at least 6 to 8 times in the last 10 months. Now its not working, not charging, dead. I paid 999 on offer.
