This is the longest lasting bottle I have found so far. Best value I have been able to fine when it comes to piercing saline. I think it also kind of helped with the pain after I got my rook pierced. It just felt so cool and gentle. 10/10

works great, just pierced my nose and the spray is strong enough to spray off old blood without hurting! smell is fine just salty lol. It doesn’t dry out my nose. using is easy just have to press a little harder on the button thing. size of both bottles are great they’re gonna last awhile.

I recently got my helix and seconds done and needed to restock on saline spray. I usually use the NeilMed spray but decided to try this one instead since it was much cheaper. You honestly can’t tell the difference, both have the same gentle mist, which is great for not aggravating new piercings. I’ve been using this one twice a day for the past month, and my piercings have been healing great!

Perfect for easy piercing after care and long lasting bottles. I got this 2 pack several months ago and still haven’t run out.

My teenager got another piercing yesterday and needed some saline piercing cleaner right away and this 2 pack arrived as promised next day. One out of the two arrived damaged I don't think it's the seller's fault to qualify for free next day shipping you have to order more stuff and they throw it all together and one thin envelope and toss it at your doorstep so things happen. The shrink wrap around this product wasn't enough to protect it. I can definitely say the one bottle that does work works better than any other saline piercing cleaner we have purchased thus far.

because of the special nozzle, it sprays accurately and in moderation! while the store-bought ones have nozzles designed to send out a lot of saline to flush wounds, this smaller nozzle one is scaled down for more precise use, and is perfect for everyday use. it is a must-have for those with piercings to clean... two bottles will last months! i bought this 3 months ago and i still haven't finished it all!

This is my go to for piercing spray. It's cheaper than NeilMed for the same thing. Was a little frustrated that the one I ordered was scratched, the lid was missing and the sprayer nozzle had been popped up on one side so the straw underneath was exposed. No biggy, just a little annoying. Still works the same, that's all I care about. It feels nice, doesn't irritate, and is the best option for fresh or mad piercings. Since the spray comes out finer than regular wound wash you can buy at the store it is much more worth the slight upcharge since you can use it more directly than drowning your ear in a tsunami of salt water everytime you spray it. The fine mist is always way better than the regular wound wash. I only use this now.

Best Saline Piercing cleaning aftercare. I've tried a bunch, but keep coming back to MediCleanse Sterile Saline Piercing Aftercare. Stream is strong enough to make my piercing feel clean, but gentle enough to not irritate fresh piercings.
