Pretty good
The ball works great, I like that the metal doesn't contact the barbell. The mat it comes with is useless, it doesn't prevent it from sliding at all. It still slides all over the place. You'd be better off buying the ball part separately instead of paying extra for the useless mat.

It slides on and off of my Olympic bar perfectly and does not slide on my mats in the gym. I used it for landmines shoulder press and could not be happier with the purchase.

Great fit
It fit my Olympic bar perfectly. The nonslip mat included is pretty useless though. Luckily I already have non slip mats in my home gym. If you are specifically needing a nonslip mat, look at other products. I am very happy with the attachment itself. The three star rating goes more to reflect the useless mat.

Useless ... toss $$ in trash first
After looking at this, and the fit, it is not worth any dollar investment and would only be good for an amount of weighr an 11 year old would use.
