Comfortable; the sole feels a little stiff but it doesn't detract from flexibility. Good support throughout the foot. I have narrow heels and one foot has a slight bunion so that shoe felt snug in this regular width. I wear these long 10+ hour days for work and these are some of the most supportive shoes over that amount of hours. I recently was at the SAS store and was able to purchase a 2nd pair. This time I chose the same size in wide and they are more comfortable in the ball of foot area without being too wide throughout or too wide on my other foot. I do not have a "meaty" foot so I am able to slip these on and off without buckling the strap every time.

I’ve been looking forever for a dressy Mary Jane flat with a removable insole that doesn’t look like an orthopedic shoe — and finally found these. Yippee! No multiple garish-colored rubber stripes on the heels and soles. Just plain black like the leather uppers.Now, if they would only make them in brown leather as well.

I have had these for years but the new ones are not a velcro strap but a buckle. It is the same shoe with a buckle which is harder to put on but I still love thjem

I love the shoe, but for me they were to narrow right across the toes. However I cannot wear a medium with and have great difficulty finding a narrow that is comfortable over some mishapen toes. The toe box needed to be a little bigger .

These are quality shoes They combine style with maximum comfort, which is rare for shoes that fit me. I have long, narrow feet that are hard to fit and it’s especially difficult to find shoes that are also comfortable. These are a good value because they will last a long time. I will wear them with pants and skirts and that’s another reason I bought them. I have a similar pair of SAS shoes that I love and I wanted another pair while they’re available. Thanks SAS, for making comfortable, quality shoes!!

I have ordered this shoe in the past and founded it very comfortable. Needed to replace as they were several years old. Still the same fit.

These are my wear all day anywhere shoes! I got them because I was having arch and plantar fascitis issues. My feet do not hurt in these shoes, even after all day. My condition has improved immensely since wearing these. I wear these sometimes for dressy occasions as well.
