A former competitive swimmer/ breaststroker - now 50 and am really feeling the results of all those years of grinding my knees. I got 2 of these because I wanted something that would not fall off my knees if I needed to walk around - and these fit the bill. They also do a much better job covering all areas of the knee with ice. The ones I had in the past - I would constantly need to adjust. They have a smooth side - and a kinda velvet side and are made well.

This little knee wrap has been great for wrapping around my knee when sore of swollen. My main complaint is that it doesn't get as cold as I would like and because of that it doesn't stay cold on my leg very long. Super easy to wrap and use, just wish it stayed colder longer.

cons:doesnt stay cold longer than ~40minstraps dont hold it in place on the knee very wellpros:the soft fabric side is comfortablethe velcro straps have hooks on both sides so it goes on in either direction or if twisted

I put these things in the freezer for days. They only stay cold for about 10 minutes. Supposed to stay cold fro 40-60 minutes. That was not my experience.
