These work well. I recently had a flat tire on my suv and only had the traditional tire plug to use at the time. It didn't work well (maybe bc it was so cold, close 0°F). After about 3 days it started to slowly leak again. I received these plugs around that time, quickly plugged the hole again and it hasn't leaked since. It's been 2 months. It was so much easier to use than the old style plug as well. Never going back. Just in case it may help to put a few drops of rubber cement on the tip before you screw in.

Easy to use, and works. I had an old strip plug in one of my tires, and it had started leaking air again. I couldn’t get the old plug out, and didn’t want to push it through into the tire. I screwed one of these right into middle of old plug and it sealed up nicely. Two weeks so far and no leak.

Once again, thinking outside the box, fantastic product. Worked perfect. No leaks thus far. Highly recommended.

They are in individual containers in a thin bag just be aware you will probably want to get somthing to store them in after you have opened the bag they come in other than that they should do the job.

I purchased these screw-in tire plugs to repair a puncture in my daughter’s car tire. For more than 30 years I’ve used the traditional tire plug kits, which can be messy and sometimes difficult to install—often requiring you to remove the tire from the vehicle. This solution was much simpler. After locating the nail in the tread, I removed it and screwed the plug directly into the hole. The process was quick, clean, and did not require removing the tire. Overall, it was an easy and convenient repair compared with the older style plug systems. For small tread punctures, this product made the job fast and straightforward. One thing to keep in mind is that screw-in plugs are generally considered a temporary repair. Many tire professionals still recommend a patch-plug installed from the inside of the tire for a permanent fix. Also, these types of repairs should only be used for small punctures in the tread area and not for damage in the sidewall.

Work well on small punctures on a car tire. Used some rubber cement as extra insurance. Not a permanent fixes for a sidewall puncture. Great for a quick roadside fixes and worked on a garden tractor. Last resort for a motorcycle repair to get you home or off the roadway. Get the tire tubed as a permanent safe repair or replace the tire.
