Excellent Work-from-Home Headset with Outstanding Background Noise Cancellation
After extensive research and watching YouTubers do sound tests, I decided on this headset, and I'm glad I did. The active noise canceling on the microphone is outstanding—I've had music blasting and even vacuumed in the background, and no one could hear a thing. I bought this headset specifically for my work-from-home job, and being able to listen to music from my stereo while working has made my days much more enjoyable. So far, in Teams meetings, the mic has performed flawlessly, and I’ll update my review once I’ve used it for client calls. I also appreciate the dual functionality of Bluetooth and USB connectivity, which is a must for companies that require wired headsets. The automatic mute feature when the dongle is flipped up is incredibly convenient, and it works seamlessly on Teams. My only issue is that the headset tends to fall off easily when I look down. I’m used to wearing a different brand that stays securely in place, so this has been a bit frustrating. I may try adding a headset headband cover to help hold it in place. Overall, it’s a great purchase for noise cancellation and work productivity with just a minor adjustment needed for fit. As for the noise canceling on the speakers, I can tell it works because I notice a clear difference when I put them on versus when I take them off. That said, when I wore them to the gym, I could still hear the music blasting outside the headphones much more than with my high-end Sony ones. Also, while the music quality isn’t as powerful as a high-end Sony headset, that’s not what I use these for. The strength of this Jabra headset lies in ensuring the person on the other end of the call doesn’t hear any background noise, which makes it perfect for my work-from-home needs.

More affordable and functional than Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex and Logitech Zone Wireless 2
Finally, a reliable headset! I previously tried: 1. Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex—I loved the form factor but my voice would cut in and out, almost as if the headset was noise canceling my voice. After multiple emails and a call with Jabra customer support, digging through the Jabra subreddit, I gave up. It appears the mic is too short to work consistently. 2. Logitech Zone Wireless 2: my voice was too quiet even at max volume and it was uncomfortable from the first wear. Too tight of a clamp, heavier than the Jabra products. Thus, despite my evolve2 55 missing a USB-C cable (I ordered used), I decided to keep it. Pros: -I sound good! Got compliments from listeners around clarity -no connectivity issues -noise canceling is about 20% quieter, which is enough for me since I work in a closed environment -easy to sync to my phone and computer -battery sufficient despite being used -lightweight, portable (not as much as the evolve2 65 flex but at least the mic works. I’m still bitter lol) Cons: -My ears feel sore after maybe 45 minutes, but my work flow allows me to take breaks -wish I could get a discount for not receiving the full item, but I made the choice to not return and reorder I would recommend buying used—there are several “Like New” at half the price. I wouldn’t pay more than $120 for this item.

Tried to replace with something else and went straight back
These just work and are ride or die for working from home. I've used my previous pair for about 4 years and they were starting to have some issues. I tried a few other cheaper headphones and the noise cancelling, placement of the power button and call quality just wasn't the same. I bought these and my calls are once again a non-issue. The swing the boom to mute is great as a physical cue to those around me of when I'm live on mic.

Great for call center
This product has been worth the money thus far. It is one of the only headsets that has been able to drowned out the background noise of the call center and the client still hear our staff member clearly. I would highly recommend this headset for anyone in a noisy atmosphere that doesn't want the caller to hear a lot of background noise, hear the caller clearly, as well as the client.

Stopped working on 2nd call received... Returned and Still waiting for my refund!
Didn't work and I still haven't received my so called fast refund. They recd my product back and now they're saying it will be 2 more weeks before I get my money back! Not acceptable practices if you ask me!

Solid performance, shelf life could be better.
Light and comfortable enough to use all day. Great battery life. Simple control layout. I use it full-time with Teams and Avaya. Very solid sound quality, excellent mic. Time will tell how durable. Will update review. Update: Earpads fell apart at around 19 months. The mic stopped working about 22 months.

Best headset I’ve ever tried
Amazing headset, exactly what I needed. Love the function to lift up the microphone to mute yourself, pretty useful for my needs. Reach distance it’s amazing too!

Not worth it
Connection fails often Not comfortable to wear all day I suggest over the ear headphones like these, exhaust your ears by the pressure. Not noise reductions.
