Definitely Puts Out the Chill
Fantastic window AC unit. Used it all summer long and it kept the bedroom cool quite easily. The filter is easy to pop out and clean off which is very convenient. Love the remote capabilities. I can't stand having to walk over to a unit and hit buttons that typically eventually wear out and don't like to work after a while. The only issue with the remote functionality and the digital readout is that they put the screen and remote reader on top of the unit rather than the front. So sometimes you have to aim the remote awkwardly. And the digital screen can be difficult to read from across the room. Other than that I have zero complaints. This unit has already more than paid for itself in my opinion.

Pretty quiet
Not silent but for a window AC that actually keeps the room cool it's so much quieter than everything else I've used. It does make a sort of gurgling sound on starup that's apparently normal so expect that but she works great and has alot of settings

Doesn't cool as fast as I hoped and it is louder than expected
I installed the product per instructions but still needed extra hardware and a trip to home depot to install securely. Once installed it runs fine but is louder than I was expecting. I am cooling a 10x10 room with only the one window but it still takes about 45 min- 1 hour to get the area feeling cooled down... and the unit will still be running. I have resorted to setting it to 60 and letting it run. For the price I don't feel these shortcomings hold it back but buyers should be aware.

Nice little unit and it works well. Much more quiet than the one it replaced
I wondered about this unit as it did not have a lot of reviews. I decided that this was because it was a newer model. I am delighted and it does an excellent job of cooling. Installation was relatively easy.

Very quiet
This unit is very quiet and cools well. The louvers only direct air upward so I use a ceiling fan to cool the room more quickly. I’m comes with a remote which is nice.

This AC broke during the first heat wave.
We bought this in April; installed it in May. Had the first heat wave in July, so started using it. It broke immediately. The fan is so noisy, sounds like it's falling off. Unusable. But it's outside the return window. So I guess everyone needs to wait until a heat wave to buy an AC. Ridiculous.

Nice A/C at a good price.
I was glad I found this as a refurbished model. It's working great so far and I saved quite a bit. Installation was very easy. I have some joint issues and was afraid I might need help, but I was able to get it in in just a few minutes.
