i love this but it comes out warm to not melt the cup.So i was using it for hot drinks but partner said how it wasnt hot enough. so only use for ice lattes. love this little machine

Rubbish item had to return 1st one ordered as broke received new one which broke on 1st use would not recommed

Works after changing to paper filters
Brought as a gift. Using the filter basket provided it worked for the first try and then didn’t work at all because the coffee couldn’t soak through properly. Once buying and swapping over to the paper filters recommended in the instructions it now works perfectly and my mum loves it.

Do need to make coffee ice
I love this product, only 4 stars because I need to make coffee ice or does tasted watered down. Apart from that I cannot fault it.

Cheap rubbish and they don't refund
It broke in the 1st week sent it back and never received my refund, I have emailed countless times and just get ignored so keep you money it's cheap rubbish and then they won't refund you when it breaks

Broken parts
Machine is quite slow to turn on and start. Straw that came with the cup was snapped in half. Packaging was poor

Don't bother it rubbish the coffee you are making it leaks everywhere don't buy

This arrived broken and looking exceptionally dangerous
It arrived with a broken start button...not just broken so lose it was moving around internally, it did not work when I attempted to use it and smoke came out from said broken start button which the led flickered on and off from...I switched it off straight away.It is VERY FLIMSU PLASTUC, WITH NO GLASS COMPONENTS AS IN DESCRIPTION...I'm really not happy I couldn't speak to a human being, and have had no option bit to organise a return at my inconvenience, then wait weeks for my money back.
