IBILI 401534 Duo Roaster/Grill, Cast Aluminium, Multi-Colour, 40 x 26 x 6.5 cm

We all have items in our kitchen we'd never want to be without - this is one of them for me. I bought this in Jan 2016 and have just come back to get another roasting rack for it.I can't commend this highly enough, it's sturdy, well made & handles beautiful on the stove top or oven. It makes gravy brilliantly on the induction hob with no hint of buckling on a high heat. I even use this like a very large chefs pan to caramelise brussels sprouts at that time of year.The non-stick coating (after 7 years!) is now starting to scratch off, so I do wish it was a proper seasoned carbon steel pan rather than a Teflon coating, but it is still awesome, cooks well and washes easily. I would never ever, under any circumstances, consider putting a prized kitchen utensil anywhere near a dishwasher, so I can't comment on that.I would highly recommend this with no hesitation.

We have had this roasting tin since August 2015 therefore we have had plenty of time to form a proper opinion.We have never had a roaster like this in all our married life. Being fed up with enamel ones, flaking, chipping and warping over the years we decided it was time to seek a decent roasting tin.We have a smaller cast iron roasting tin, it cooks great but oh boy is it heavy.This tin is really light and it cooks great. Roasts have never tasted so good. It also cooks the food in a shorter time than our old enamel tins. The tin looks as good as the day we got it, no chipping, flaking or warping. It comes straight out of the oven and on to the induction hob to make the perfect gravy. Washing is so simple no scourers needed, just wash with a cloth rinse and dry.We wish we could find this roaster in different sizes.

Excellent.Having just bought an induction hob, (boast - boast) I found that my old roasting trays would not work with the new hob.I bought this and it works brilliantly. Also, because of its depth, it will hold a lot of vegetables with meat pieces on top.I use it mainly for roast potatoes, putting it on the hob to keep the oil hot whilst basting, and here again its depth helps to stop extraneous oil splashes.It is very easy to keep clean.Confucius, he say, "Man who stay out of kitchen because of heat, go hungry."

This product has been a dream for 5 years. So much so that I thought it was going to last a lifetime bu, sadly, not these days, unfortunately. It has started to mark on the inside base and is no longer as easy to wash (by hand). I'm very disappointed that it hasn't continued to serve me as well as in the past. Other than the above, it would have been 5 stars all the way!!

I've bought two of these roasters for my induction hob with its ability to combine two induction points into one. This one was brilliant, totally non-stick and it evened out the hobs induction points to give a steady heat throughout the contact point with the induction source. An alternative steel offering with a ceramic coating was definitely not non-stick and there were localised hot points where the force of the induction was not even.Definitely an asset when teamed up withy the right Induction hob.

I have waited a couple of months before writing this review as I wanted to see how well the roaster performed over time. This product is wonderful and so very easy to keep clean. After roasting the Sunday joint I usually spend ages trying to get the roasting pan clean. Not with this product, a quick wipe and it is clean and grease free. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely roaster, made potatoe gratin in it last night and it came out perfectly! I started with frying the onions on the electric hob then putting it in the oven, it is so goody be able to cook like this! The food tasted great and the pan was very easy to clean, no more scrubbing! I'm looking to buy another one in smaller size and enjoy cooking more.

Looks good but just be aware that dimensions misleading. Width stated as 25.4 close enough at 24.5 inside top reducing to 22 usable at base. However the length stated as 38.4 gives only 31 usable at base, increasing to 34 inside top. Did expect a pan with larger base area, otherwise a good product.

This is the only roaster I could find that is non-stick and also would work on an induction cook top. How else are you going to make gravy for roasted fowl if not in the roasting pan. You need that to scrape up all the browned bits. This is much solider than most roasting pans, and I am very pleased with the purchase. Well worth it.

Die Schale eignet sich sehr gut für den Outdoorgrill und die anschließende Reinigung ist auch ganz einfach. Also sehr empfehlenswert
