Q: Do these screws come with a adapter for ellectric drill

I'm not sure,some packs do have adapter ,, some may not. Sorry couldn't give you a definite answer ..but I have bought screw with adapter in but not from Amazon.

Q: Is there no other waterproofing to the sheets apart form fitting together and using the washer hex screws ?

No, just screw them together with the screws. The washers on them seal the hole made. don't over-tighten and warp the panels though.
