HighRoller High Baller Massage (Orange)

I LOVE my HighBaller!!! As a runner I use it after runs on my legs and it is the perfect size to travel with to races and use before driving home (so much easier than carrying around a foam roller!). My kids are swimmers and we take the HighBaller to swim practice & meets so they can roll out their arms and legs as well...it has become a team favorite!I have had issues with my lower back for years, the adjustable twin-ball massagers on the HighBaller make it possible for me to get to trigger points and relive pain that only my chiropractor could get to before. My husband uses the HighBaller to roll out knots in his shoulders and uses it to on his neck to relive tension.This is an AMAZING product...Athlete or not, everyone can benefit from the HighBaller! Great little product, easy to use, really helps to break down tight areas and good for helping to achieve more flexibility

So here goes my first amazon review, background I’m an elite level swimmer, and this product changed the game. Often it gets hard to target problematic areas or pressure points without constantly running to the masseuse but this makes it so easy. I’ve been using for everything from tight IT bands to lumber pressure points and as an aid for lymphatic draining. Don’t get me wrong a foam roller will always have its place but currently for me it’s been sidelined to a basic warm before I use the high baller.Fantastic product, sturdy construction, and I’ve been recommending it to others around the pool.

The balls were difficult to adjust as the pins were very tight. This might have become easier over time, but I returned the item so cant say for sure. For me, it was too awkward to use as I was expending a lot of energy to hold my body up and in the correct position for the various points i wanted to massage - and just laying on the item put me at odd angles and did not provide good results.

I have only had this item a month and it broke in the middle already. The product is hard and the balls do not roll properly. Shame i really liked the idea of this product.
