Is this too young for an eight year old?

The Crazy Cart Shuffle is designed for ages 4+ and has a maximum weight limit of 150 lbs. It has five length settings to choose from to accommodate the size of the rider. The measurement from back of the seat to the foot pegs is 33 inches at the minimum setting and 37 inches at the maximum setting.
