If you're fine with them being flat on one side to put them on a wall or something, they'll puff up fine. As for them being rounded to be hung to look like cute poms, they won't work. I don't know if it's because of the amount of folds in the paper or if it's"s because they've been stored in the flat accordion shape for so long, but not a single one puffed up like they were supposed to. They were all either flatter on one side, mis-shaped, or uneven. I have made these by hand (folding and cutting my own tissue paper) in the past and was able to get a perfectly round shape, so I bought these thinking it would be the same thing and that I could save myself some time. I was wrong. Also, when they tell you to use your hands to make it more circle shaped from the oval shape you originally get when fluffing, all it does is flatten the opposite side of what you're shaping. Save your money and make your own.

Economical way to decorate. Beautiful color, fluffy, Super cute.

They are a pain in the butt, when you’re in a crunch trying to get all of the decorations together.

I wish they made these easier to use. They don’t come like this and I spent quite a bit of time puffing all of them out and none of them ended up looking like the picture.

Easy to tear. Need time and patience to assemble if you are doing several.

These look great but make sure you have time to fluff them out all the way.

It was just folded up crepe paper. Then we had to tie a string around it and “try” to fluff it out into a pompom. Disappointing.
