About the Author Chie Sato is an award-winning session stylist and avant garde designer. In 2015, she was crowned  ‘Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year'. Born in Tokyo, Chie has since moved to London, and has been a part of the Toni&Guy family for over 10 years, where she not only features in advertising campaigns, but teaches at the Academy. Chie's individuality and imaginative approach to hair design means she is a much sought-after designer.
