I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family fun business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. Awesome little gadget. Easy to use, easy to clean, creates a fabulous froth with even the tiniest amount of milk. Froth is thick but light. It's like a little cloud in your morning coffee. Convenient stand makes storage easy. Power button on top makes it easy to turn on and off, no switches...definitely a smart design. Impressive strength for two AA batteries! The little things matter when you have to be up before dawn to enjoy your coffee. For under $10, I can't think of a reason not to have this in your life.

Over all cute, light weight, enough power for my needs. It arrived late and found did not really need a frother for mixing my MCT powder into coffee. However it does make it go faster. Not certain of the longevity and power for thicker liquids. Easy to clean, be careful with the metal piece that connects with the wisk as it is fragile.

I bought this mixer from Zulay. It worked great, then one day it stopped. Put in new batteries, still did not work. I contacted the seller, and they emailed me back the very same day. Very cordial, they immediately offer to send me a new one at no cost to me. It arrived within the week! Not sure if I have ever seen such good customer service, I will try to buy all my kitchen accessories from them! Great communication, great company!

We have used Zulay standard frother products for a few years now. Always great customer service and warranty replacements, necessary a couple of times during the pandemic. None recently.We also use rechargeable batteries for all our battery powered home products so we have no qualms about supplying our own batteries. We recharge about every two months with EBL or Amazon basic batteries.The Z1 Motor product works as advertised.Easily whips 1/2 and 1/2 with fiber powder into a thick cream That's what did in our previous Zulay standard frother. We can confirm you need to Keep the mixer in the liquid or it will splatter, as suggested by Zulay. Don't really need the double mixer blade.The turquoise color matches our ceramic frying pans. Easy to use ergonomic shape. We use a small, bowl type magnetic parts holder to set the metal Zulay stand in. Keeps it more stable and catches any drips.Looks great, works great. Win, win. :-)
