This has an earthy, woodsy smell and taste. It's not too bad in a bottle of water. After several days I noticed more energy, better sleep and just an overall wellbeing. I was in a slump and Shilajit+ seems to be helping. I will post an update after I complete this bottle.

So far, so good. Unlike a couple of other Shilijat products, this one does not have a bitter taste. It also appears to NOT have a couple of the weird "filler" additives that are probably giving the others that bad taste. As for efficacy, that report will come after the first entire bottle is finished.

Worst taste ever stopped using it.
