*Pros:* 1. Protein content is good (25g per serve) 2. Price is really cheap (Rs. 477 for 500g) 3. Provides fullness and energy after consumption 4. Tastes okay *Cons:* 1. Has a slightly bitter aftertaste and gives a kind of a burning sensation while drinking 2. I feel some abdominal discomfort since I started consuming it 3. Texture is a bit chalky (not a big issue) 4. Mixability is water is okay 5. Little bit of frothing which doesn't bother me much

Good at price point but the taste is bad mixability is good

I chose nakpro since they're supposed to be a reputable company. Their whey is lab tested by some good channels on YouTube. Their soy isn't tested by anyone, but I bought this on faith since their whey is good. As far as soy protein is concerned, nakpro soy in vanilla flavour is one of the best I've tasted. You can never make soy protein taste as good as whey, but among other soy proteins it is the best imo. I recommend to mix a heaping scoop in atleast 500-600ml of water otherwise as with all soy proteins, it will become too thick to drink I'd say anyone who wants a palatable soy protein can go for this AS LONG AS you understand the fact that soy can never be as tasty as whey. If your expectations aren't too over the top for a soy isolate and you don't expect whey-like palatability, you can 100% go for this (P.S. - DO NOT buy unflavoured (unless you intent on adding it to atta). You will not be able to consume unflavoured soy protein. Do not buy chocolate flavour either, get the vanilla)

Best Value for money

One of the worst flavour Protein Don’t Buy This Flavour . Chocolate is best as compared to Vanilla . Smell of Vanilla is worst . If you drink this vanilla flavour protein then you will start omitting. At last don’t buy this vanilla, you can go for other flavours .

Taste it worst and it just feels like mixing the sand in water. Dosent mix at all.
