The kittens loved it
The customer service was amazing. Obviously I didn’t try it but the kittens loved it so I assume it tastes fabulous. Will definitely be purchasing again

Food ok. Customer service not.
3 stars because customer service was not good 1. I wanted to plan ahead so I asked who the courier would be. No answer. 2. Next day I asked again. Told it was delivered. 3. I said it was not and must have been misdelivered.4. Next day I recd a royal mail tracking number. It was delivered that day... one day later than delivery date quoted. So they use Royal Mail... not the best. The food is eaten by our 6 mnth old kitten but he has to be really hungry to eat the chicken. He likes the turkey.
