Ceylon cinnamon with a full taste
Would definitely recommend, heard great reviews on ceylon cinnamon but these are so tiny and taste great, I will definitely be buying more

Dated 2016 so best before 2018. Not impressed by date
Although it says product potent for 2 years from date I think very expensive to be sent one dated 2016 and it's 2018 in a few days.

These capsules contain true organic cinnamon which have miniscule levels of this toxic compound and is safe in larger quantities. It is said it has excellent health properties and is good for working against diabetes, thrush, weight loss, cancer, alzheimer's, high cholesterol, parkinson's, stomach flu, IBS etc.Delivery / packaging Info:The product arrived swiftly via prime. The container is a plastic bottle, with simple screw top lid, which is shrink wrapped. It also has a secondary seal over the mouth of the bottle. The label shows product details, and recommended usage, storage etc. The bottle contains 50 Capsules with recommended use of 1 capsule before each meal. (do not exceed 6 capsules daily, and a caution notice - should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle, if you are pregnant or taking medication, consult doctor before taking these.)The Capsules: The capsules contain a light brown coloured powder, and are easy to swallow. The bottle has a cinnamon smell, but the capsules don’t have an after taste if taken with a meal, which is recommended so as not to cause stomach upset.Having taken just 1 daily, together with an exercise routine I feel fine on them, and had no side effects at all. The length of time these would last can vary widely dependant on how many you take. (1 a day – 50 days / 6 a day, only 8 days) so you have to work out the cost benefit to taking more. Helped to reduce sugar
Cinnamon was recommended to me to help control my blood sugar levels, i took up the offer of a free trial to test the water. Although im still using a small amount of sugar on cereal and in coffee, i have defiantly reduced my intake. Is this because ofOrganic Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules im not sure, but, if they help me to control sugar, im happy to continue

Very good value. I got these for a family member ...
Very good value. I got these for a family member who is borderline diabetic. Her doctor is pleased with her blood sugar test results, which are much more stable.
