Amazon Basics Daily Facial Cleanser, Face Wash, Fragrance Free, For Gentle Skin, Unscented, 16 fl oz

I'm sold on this product! I was always buying the name brand Cetaphil and it did your poor job of removing my makeup and washing my face and my face was still constantly breaking out. I took a chance and ordered the Amazon basic version of the Cetaphil wash and a blown away my face has never been clear and it removes makeup with such ease it leaves my face feeling moisturized and hydrated it doesn't have some funky smell and it's good for everyday use morning and night.

Works just as well as the expensive brand name, which is the only thing that works for my skin. It's cleans my skin without drying, and is gentle on my sensitive skin. Thank you Amazon Basics for having great products.

It is basically the same as cetaphil for cheaper. I have ultra sensitive skin, so I would know immediately. One complaint is that the push nozzle at the top... doesn't twist release properly. So I had to take the top from one of my original cetaphil bottles and screw it onto this one (luckily they're exactly the same). This happened twice already, so looks like there's some manufacturing defect.

Excellent product for a good price. Exact generic equivalent to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, which sells for almost double the price. I only ordered this to verify that it’s the same thing as Cetaphil, which it is, and which I use a lot of, so this is gonna be my regular go to product from now on and I’m probably gonna be buying a lot of it because I need something gentle and non-perfumy and with a very neutral pH, which this has. It’s a wonderful product. I swear by it.

This product doesn’t make my face feel clean and refreshed. I use differin daily refreshing cleanser for 4years and since I’m on my last bottle and I cannot find it in my area or on Amazon anymore. I decided to start looking for a new daily face cleanser. I tried this one and it doesn’t make my face feel clean or fresh. I was disappointed because I read some good reviews about it on here. I’m now using it as a hand soap.This is my opinion. I’m not bashing the product because it might be good for others. I will also say that if you have very sensitive skin it might work for you because it kind of reminds me of the unscented Aveeno baby wash I used to use for my granddaughter.

I've been using Cetaphil unscented cleanser for years, but it's pretty expensive. This Amazon Basics cleanser is a really good dupe. The properties are the same - not much of a lather, virtually no scent, does not irritate my sensitive skin. The color and texture are also really similar. If you have sensitive skin, I definitely recommend this as a nice gentle cleanser, and I'm excited I found something less pricey than the name brand that does the job just as well.

Despite the description, this product is definitely not unscented. It has a rather strong and perfume-like fragrance.

I am one of millions of unfortunate people who are allergic to topical GLYCERIN— it is very, very hard to find skin soap and other products that do not contain it. This is an excellent facial cleanser and moisturizer, without glycerin, that is so effective. I used to use Cetaphil, for probably 20 years, until they added glycerin a few years ago. This product is actually BETTER THAN CETAPHIL in a number of ways: it cleanses better, leaves my skin more moisturized, keeps my skin moisturized longer. Please, please, Amazon—- do not ever add glycerin to this excellent product!!!
