These Pads do a great job of protection. I like the wide adhesive strip that helps prevent bunching.

First let me say I'm not a large person, 5'4" and 145 pounds. What I really liked about these pads was the length and the sleek design. However, no matter how the pad was adjusted or placed, it would leak even if I wore it for day use it would leak the smallest amount on the sides or "bubble up" towards the back. I never really felt sure or confident that I was safe. I also felt that I was using way more pads than the pads I was using before (Prevail Maximum) and I also felt the Prevail Maximum stayed in place and absorbed better.

This is the most effective pad my husband has tried. He has to use it inside his Depends due to loss of bladder control after prostatectomy. Doesn't use any other pad after trying several other brands!

Recent bladder prolapse issue still unresolved by Mainstream Medical System leaves me with serious incontinence, a bladder physically hanging out of my body most of the time, lots of pain, etc. It is beyond simple leakage, it is virtual downpours of urine at any given time. Finding this product has given me some semblance of sanity and comfort. I feel like my private areas are floating blissfully on a cloud. No chafing. The gell does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do: immediately traps the urine while the top layer remains dry. The gel does not become hard as a rock. Full coverage front to back. Adheres perfectly to underpants with extreme ease of removal leaving no remnants of adhesive or plastic behind. Also prevents any odors from emanating from soiled pads. Trash can doesn't even smell at all:no urine, no mustiness, no funk. When my bladder let's loose, it is like Niagar Falls, not a simple trickle, yet with that much urine, these pads hold it long enough to get me onto the commode and drop the used pad directly into my trash can next to me. The can has no lid. Still there is NO ODORS emanating from it; which means, I can wait until the bag is full of soiled, thoroughly soaked pads before I need to take the trash out to the dumpster. Very important when you can't get that far away from your toilet to even dump your trash outside. I live alone, so there is no help or salvation coming to rescue me from this situation.
