We needed a topical pain reliever that isn't an NSAID. Ben Gay to the rescue. This has been around since I was a kid (MANY YEARS ago). It's reliable, safe, and effective. For muscle and joint pain - I definitely recommend!

You can’t go wrong with BenGay. After you rub it in, be careful of what you touch before you wash your hands. It works, smells good and doesn’t stain.

Works well but you should wash your hands after using the cream to discourage house flies.
