Great for baking!
I used it in my cinnamon roll recipe because it call for dry milk. My cinnamon rolls turned out to be soft, fluffy, and delicious. I will be ordering this again when I run out. Definitely recommend this product.

Taste with no waste

It’s not bad for someone used to buying milk in liquid form. It blends in recipes very well.

Product tasted like old walnuts
The product tasted like spoiled walnuts or something like when oats go bad. Maybe it was due to the product being exposed to god-knows-what due to a poorly sealed lid upon arrival. I'm too poor to afford to throw it away, so I had to use a product that arrived in less than ideal condition. I'm upset and irritated and usually there is a system for remuneration for when a customer is upset and unsatisfied but for some reason this product gets to get away with it and I think I might take some time to report this issue to the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection and if you've had the same issue with a poor quality product that you cannot get reimbursed for, maybe you should also file complaint.
