Works well. It allows you to make absolute sure you photos and things are where you want them. Syncing doesn’t always sync everything in my experience, so this is great peace of mind.

Moved some files to the flashdrive and password protected them. Now, cannot access the files to unlock them, so I seem to have lost them for good.

I like it it does what I need but wish was not so wide, have to unplug my flash drive in order to make room to plug it in. But works great!
