It does what was intended, but may not meet all your needs
The great thing about this is that it came with all the plugs shown, at least for mine. The usb multi-cable charger, the red and black leads for batteries or inverters, and the dc connector for a car socket. I used the unit to charge my phone and it seemed to accomplish the task relatively quickly.
