Shred basket so useful.
Excellent product. Tells the status without taking it apart. Very quiet.

Sturdy Paper shredder
Works well. Holds plenty of paper so I don't have to empty constantly. It has not jammed despite using it every other day. Feels very sturdy. Cost is reasonable.

Best heavy duty shredder
Was going to bring my shredding to a shred place but it would had cost by weight at least 300 to 400 hundred dollars. I decided to buy this shredder and it was the best investment. A lot cheaper to shred important documents with a peace of mind that no one will obtain your personal information. I highly recommend this model. Meet my expectations beyond belief!!! High speed and no jamming and stops when filled to capacity. Worth buying.

Product not as described
Says on Amazon that it can shred CD’s. There is even a photo online of it shredding a DVD but once the product arrived there is a warning printed on the top of the appliance stating that CD’s can not be shredded.

Jammed entry
My wife used it like she was shredding the "WaterGate" papers.Then the hot light came on and the machine stopped working. I took a look at it, the middle entrance port had shrieked.

What a unit
So I've got a tried and true Royal cross cut shredder that I've had for over 20 years. After about 30 minutes it overheats and then we have to wait for 20 minutes while it cools off. This Frossvt shredder has yet to overheat and we've used it for hours. It's a workhorse. A bit pricy but so was my 20 year old shredder. I've had it for three months. We went thru the entire house and shredded almost everything older than 7 years (tax reasons), filled up trash bag after trash bag and this shredder kept working. It's much quieter and faster than my older shredder and is a breeze to empty. The clear window let's you know exactly when to empty the shredder. If you're balking at the price, don't. It's worth every penny.
