I was impressed with this product, it feels well made, is sturdy, comfortable and does the job. I was looking for something that fitted well to the shoulder and this certainly does. I’ve not used it for heat, only cold, and recommend only putting in the freezer for 2-3 hours before use.

The advantage of this method of tying the support onto your body is that it is flexible enough to fit a very wide range of body size and shape. If you are small then you have to deal with the velcro strap overhang. There are no instructions and it is not always easy to put on, but once you get the hang of it, it is not too bad. It comes with a pad you can heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer which is great.

Suffered a rotator cuff injury and this helped myself, I was able to put it on without assistance and the gel pack works well when it's heated or frozen. Only use this support when not resting as it can get uncomfortable after a few hours.

Wasn't sure what to choose on amazon when I looked up shoulder support for my 14 year old son following a rugby injury. I have to say I am impressed, size might be small bit off but the ice pack being included and everything being adjustable and comfortable he is wearing it. Those saying it's hard to put together need glasses it took 30secs to have sorted. Quality bit of gear and hoping helps in getting him back on the field

It defo helps but only just fits it is a large i a medium was not told size when bought, cant help feeling that if i had a medium that i would get better surport as i could make it tighter (the velcro straps are at there maximum both touching so can not make it any small. heat pad does not relate to instruction on the box (heat for 40 seconds when doing this it is just warm have heated for a minute and a half and still not hot just warm to the touch) Not worth the money as bought due to the heat and freeze element it has and not fully benefitting due to heating issues

There are no instructions to explain how to put the pieces of this shoulder wrap together. I arrived in pieces. I emailed the seller asking for instructions to assemble and so I could register my purchase for the warranty, as the seller advises you to do. I received a Mail Delivery Subsystem message saying that their email address does not exist. So don’t believe the note inside the packaging that says you can register your warranty through their email address.I contacted the company, BK Newgo, through the Amazon app’s Contact a Seller on Amazon Marketplace and received a generic response, asking me to send a photo of what I received, which I did. The next response from the company was a blank email. Yes, they sent me an email with no words in it. Then nothing.I have awful shoulder pain and expected this to work as a shoulder support. All it supports is a heat pack (not your sore body). This product consists of a piece of black material with a pocket to insert a gel pack (which you can supposedly heat or freeze) and a separate set of straps with which you attach said black-material pocket thing around your body. There is no information stating how this product anatomically helps a painful shoulder, no empirical evidence supporting its function nor a guide explaining how the customer should get the best fit for their body shape/purpose. My impression is that it holds the ice/heat pack on a shoulder and that’s it... rather overpriced at £20 for the function of a large rubber band.This experience with the Newgo shoulder brace rotator cuff compress thing has been a waste of time and a lot of unnecessary discomfort for me. Don’t waste your time on this product and look elsewhere. If in doubt, try making your own version with a small hot water bottle and a pair of tights.

This 'brace' offers absolutely no decent compression, even after adjusting it several times it just always felt like it was just hanging out on top of your shoulder rather than gripping onto it, the gel pack barely stays inside unless you're sitting still, just moving round at work it kept popping out, you spend that much time faffing with it the pack goes cold within your 15 minutesThe material quality of this product is quite nice, and the gel pack does warm up and cool down easily which is why I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1, but I'd deffo avoid if you're wanting something with a good fit

This strap is very good, but you must spend time working out the best position for you to wear it. The heat pad works well, but is heavy. I had a bad fall, breaking my hip, and damaging my shoulder, now I have sorted out the best way to wear it, the difference is remarkable, and the heat from the pad makes a big difference.Be patient and you will benefit from it.

Probably the best ice pack I’ve ever owned. Perfect to sit down and watch tv at night while I ice down. Easy to put on, forms to my shoulder and just the right temperature. So comfortable sometimes I forget I have it on after awhile

Really great for my shoulder instead of holding ice pak on. Only 1 thing not great. When you put ice pak in it falls down. The ice pak not brace. Its smaller than the heated one. Gotta keep pulling it up onto shoulder from pouch.

The shoulder brace was nicely packaged and looked as expected when opened. I am a woman and found that the brace is too large to get a good snug fit. I am sure that the ice pack would have been a nice option if the brace had fit me properly. I noticed that the inside label showed an L and I wonder if that meant it was a size large. When I ordered there was not sizing mentioned. I will be returning the product.

I've had some shoulder aches lately, and none of my other ice packs were working well to snuggly fit around the shoulder and stay.My first tries at getting into the strap were awkward, but there is a simple trick to it. I pre set the sizes for me on the velcro. Then pull the arm through, and the body strap over head and around chest. The body strap has a lot of stretch, so you don't have to adjust the Velcro once set. Once the ice is near the shoulder I do a bit of forming to make sure the ice is on the sore spots. The ice pack is cold enough to feel through a light shirt, if you don't want too much direct cold contact. I have used both with and without an undershirt. They also provide a good quality zip bag to separate the ice pack from any food stuff in the freezer.
