The manual states that the red light indicates the charging stand is in standby and changes to blue when charging. When I plugged it in the light is green instead of red and the first 2 iPhone 8s placed on the charging stand did not turn the light blue. Battery percentage actually went down. 2 out of the 3 spots can charge the phones. A phone placed on the 3 rd spot overnight went from 66% to DEAD. The phone was absolutely dead.2 spots work. 1 spot does not work. I will need to send it back.Hopefully the company will reach out to me and attempt to fix this. If all 3 spots worked, I’d love itTo update- I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement. It works great. Thanks.

poorly designed. The cable is short and the plugis proprietary so you cannot easily find a replacement. also, the design makes it so you cannot see the charging lights unless you plan to set the charger up only one way. not easy to determine when you have good placement for charging either

I am returning this wireless charging product. iPhone x chargers....assuming you place it correctly. I could get the larger Apple 3 watch to charge; however, the smaller Apple 3 Watch would not charge. Accurate placement was problematic and I spent way too much time trying to set the device correctly on the charger which defeats the idea of wireless charging. Far simpler to just plug the connector into the device.

I love the light indicators for charging. Although it’s not compatible with the series 3 Apple Watch it works great with my iPhone X

Worked well, definitely not as powerful or responsive as the Samsung chargers. If you are using a case, have to position it perfectly.After about a year one of the lights went out and only indicates blue when it's charging. Not a huge deal but thought it was worth mentioning.Not bad for the price, especially to keep plugged up in a guest room or somewhere that isn't your main charging spot for guests.

THIS PRODUCT IS VERY TEMPERMENTAL. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETELY LINE UP YOUR DEVICE IT WILL NOT CHARGE. It’s a cool wireless charger. Now I can charge my and my wife’s phone together and also the iPad. So cool. It slow down when u charge 3 things at one time. But that’s understandable. Lol.

Fantastic product. Shipped to Toronto very fast and works great. I would disregard earlier reviewer, must have been a shipping error. Indicator lights are a nice touch. Changes to blue when charging. Works fine for me with my cell phone cases on also. The + signs on the top are actually recessed rubber to avoid phone from moving around. Would highly recommend considering apples version in 2018 will cost $300!No thanks

Phones (Galaxy 7+ and 8+) will not charge with phone cases on. Mine is a thin cover and the charger will not work with it on and forget about my wifes. Her cover is a book style cover and is thicker. No chance charging it.

Fast and quick charging. Very good quality. A tiny minor design issue with the light where it location at the front, which got covered by the phone when charging, but no big deal.

The product is very nice and good quality!!!! It worth for this price! I would highly recommend this to my friends! Love it !!!!

This device intermittently won't charge my Samsung S8 phones. We have 4 of them. It will never charge 3 at once, and will occasionally charge one or two. Returning...

Works great we are always charging 2phones but normally 4 devices! One of the best things I bought!
