This Urgrette LIghter is UrGreat! Torches the competition! FIRE GOOD!!
Dudes and fairest LadyDudes, pay heed. This six inch lighter is one small torch for man, one giant leap in mankind's quest for fire. We could put a dude on the moon, but we couldn't produce a decent torch that fit in your pocket without bulging like a Levi tent, and still perform its task of, er, stoking the vibe. Until now. Why did your father's butane torch have to be as bulkally shaped as an old Pontiac, or those early wireless phones that were like holding a boot up to your face? Aside from needing a holster to bring along the typical revolver-like pyro piece.o.c., most of these ill lighters are over-engineered with more things to go wrong, and they simply don't deliver the nang. I'm not a good judge of number counting sometimes, but I mustave gone thru about 80 to 104 torches, and the mo money ones are just as wack. The small ones hold so little fuel that you have to bring along a tank of butane to refill after a couple uses, which underwhelms, or they only produce a feeble flame not suitable for, ... er, the purpose for which they were intended. Dude, don't get me started, but the search for the maternal flame has harshed my mellow. Then I discovered a whirled wide web on my internets machine called MisterBezo'sGeneralProvisionsAndBodega which sells lighters and other things you buy. So I checked out, and again number counting not my gig, about a thousand pages of torches to find the cheapest one, and that's where I see this Urgrette 2 Pack Torch Lighters, 6-inch Long Butane Lighter Adjustable Jet Flame Refillable Torch Lighter with cupholders and laser-sighting for $11.99, and I'm like, dude, that sounds gnarly but I can only use one torch at a time for its intended purpose, but what the hey I say, I'm gonna go for it and get two cuz then I remembered that they usually last like about not a lot of hits, er ..., weeks. And it turned out to be one of the most smartest things I ever thought. These bad boys only got one button to make fire and a secret fire bigness changer that homey discovered and showed me. Easy sleazy and that please me. It holds lots of fuel for lots of uses, and dude, this camper uses it lots. And best of all, its sleek size and shape makes it highly mobile with no mo bono in sweatpants shade from dudes, but just enough profile to charm the hotties when I go commando in my skinnies.

Don't judge a lighter by it's cover
I first held these and thought they are light, cheap, plastic crap... And then I filled and used them. They work great! They light the first time. They can stay lit continuously longer than most sturdy metal ones. They are long, so not great for carrying in your pocket. I just got them yesterday and they're already some of my favorite lighters. And I have a collection. I judged too quickly. They work so well. They're pretty, too. So far, I love them.

Impressed!
This turned out to be a pretty good purchase. I had problems with a lighter of this brand previously and was somewhat hesitant to order this set but I decided I would take a chance on the brand again. I'm glad I did. I'm very happy with my purchase. I use these for different purposes with some of my D.I.Y. crafting projects and they always work as expected. One thing I had not expected, and you should know about , is that the whole bottom half of the torch housing is made of plastic. only the top 3 inches under the flame are metal. I will admit that I was a little uncertain about the torch housing being part made of plastic because the the ones I've owned in the past have been made fully out of some type of metal, but so far I haven't had any problems or any cause for concern with it at all. The torches work like new every time, they dont get hot in your hand, they are lightweight and easy to hold, they have a solid build, and are easy to fill with the standard butane fluid tip. I had my doubts at first, but I've used them for a good amount of work now and I'm very impressed with these torches overall. I guess you cant judge a book by its cover... or a torch by the plastic! As for the opinion on the brand? I leave that to be determined after my next purchase...the tie breaker challange!!Urqrette!-Good Luck!

Surprisingly long use per refill.
Update 11/26/2023: They are failing already. They don't cut off when you release the trigger & the flame is getting smaller even if adjusted. They will cease to work eventually. Bummer, I really liked these!I love the design (wish they came in all metal), how they feel in the hand, the strong adjustable flame, ease of use, functionality, & they don't burn through butane as quickly as one would assume based on size. Even on high they last a bit. I also like the little peekaboo spot for seeing if you're low on fuel. The only issues I have had are flame fluctuation & the valve not shutting off right away after disengaging the button. The flame fluctuation is the flame starts getting weaker even if it is full & I haven't adjusted the flame. It seems to have a little trouble regulating the flow. I would say the valve could be the issue for both but not totally sure. Either way, I do like these torches very much.
