I have an "Annunciator" alarm to signal entrance into my driveway. Due to a window location, I had to place the annunciator in a basement bathroom. I had a small alarm that I could not always hear when I was on a different floor. I connected this siren as an external alarm. WOW! It makes an ear piercing "warbling" sound. When we had a visitor and she was using the bathroom, coincidentally someone entered our driveway (I am not a prankster). I'm not sure, but I think she pooped her pants she was so alarmed. Now I turn it off before we allow a guest to use the bathroom. She is not happy with me, but I am happy with the alarm now that I can hear it on any floor.

Put this on the twins bedroom door so there no sneaking out at of there room, works great. Only thing you can not change the alarm sound on the app .
