This is a very well working product. I have tried many different sleeves and ways to “ice” a very injured index finger. This holds the cold at least 10 minutes. It fits well and is soft to touch, which is important over an injured finger. I highly recommend this product.

Wish I knew these existed sooner. These are fabulous to keep in the freezer for little burns or for other finger injuries. Whether my child hurt a finger in a drawer or playing basketball I now have something easy to pull out that stays on easily and helps with swelling and pain. It especially works well for burns when they need cooling but I am too busy to keep my hand in a bucket of water.

Works great but can get super cold when using the ‘ice’ option. I prefer the heat option more. And great to use before therapy exercises to get the finger warmed up and more pliable!

These are awesome. I have a knuckle that gives me bad pain after bowling or golf. I've always tried to ice it which can get pretty clunky with larger ice bags or even bags of ice. It's hard to get the cold right where you need it. Be mindful, these get very very cold. Pain then numb, exactly what an ice pack is supposed to do. Also keep in mind the cold wears off quite quickly, also good IMO. The reason I say this is because the cold is intense, and when the cold starts to wear off it's a good reminder to take off the sleeve. These are quite comfortable to wear and fit my ring finger easily. I have large hands, size XL glove size so these should work for most people with average to large hands, but might be a little big if your fingers are short and skinny.

Works great for severely dislocated pinky that had to go through two surgeries and is still healing. Much more convenient that a huge ice pack for just a small finger, and both ice and heat option is great. I wear a plastic splint to keep the finger straight while it heals and this slips over the plastic splint easily to relieve pain from swelling. Surgeon approved my using it, said it was a good choice for icing because it doesn’t freeze hard. Glad I found it accidentally.

these get cold really quickly in the freezer- stay cold for plenty long during use. They are SO cold when you put them on fingers-hard to get past the hurt so good of the cold, but they sure do help relieve the pain. Highly recommend.

Does provide cooling relief for a few brief minutes, but they warm up pretty quickly. They’re large and loose, and I have big hands (size 9.5 ring finger). Still a good idea for sore joints.
