These candles are great for outdoors. I put them in my lanterns on my front porch. No worries of melting wax but look very real. I love that they have a timer function and the remote.

I recently purchased these electronic candles after receiving a commemorative lantern that has an electronic candle inside. While shopping in a craft store I realized that I could purchase a lantern of my choosing and place these candles inside. What makes these candles superior to the other one that I have is that it comes with a remote that can be used to turn the candles on and off manually or they can be set to turn on and off automatically at 2/4/6/8 hour intervals. The value was phenomenal at only $9.99 for 2 candles. They look amazingly lifelike, and they function well, they can be set to a flicker or steady glow and the size was perfect for the 14” tall lanterns that I purchased. I don’t know how long the batteries last but I know that the battery life is longer than the one that I have that can only be turned on or off. These candles can also be used outside with caution, see instructions. This is by far one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. PS I use the lanterns inside at the foot of my stairs so that I can easily navigate the stairway at night without missing the last step. A lifesaver for those who are at risk of falling. Moreover the candles inside of the lanterns are quite decorative and they can be used to brighten up dark areas of your home as well as adorned with ribbons, foliage or flowers to create a festive look for many occasions.

Love these. My sister in law gave me a lantern decoration that had a candle like this in it. It quit working & found these 2. Work perfect so I have one in decoration and one just on a table. Have the remote timer set and every night at 10:00 they come on. Night light and decoration. Using rechargeable batteries so that is great. Very happy customer.

I like these flicker blameless candles they look pretty realistic. The flame give a nice glow. The remote control is very convenient because you don't have to pick up the candle to turn it on at the bottom. These were a bargain and I'd definitely purchase again.

Got these to replace the battery candles that came with my chandelier. These are definitely brighter and better quality. Battery life seems to be going strong so far. They have a nice flicker and adjustable settings with the remote.

I love these for outdoors (or in). They worked great all through the winter with the snow and this spring’s rain, even with sometimes getting snow, ice, or some rain on them. I set the timer for 8 hours in the evening and did not have to replace the batteries very often. They look great in lanterns on our small front porch and on a bench in front with pillows. It brings me a certain peacefulness with the ambiance and knowing what it adds to the front of our home, where our neighbors can also enjoy the welcoming, peaceful look. I purchased two different sizes of two each and use them all. These will be my go to as I extend to the back deck.

Great quality. Charging is easy. Material is like wax. The way they flicker is natural. Lifespan is good. Provides perfect ambiance

Although this candle set is slightly larger than I expected it really is very lovely. The glow is bright and with the choice of ‘candle’ on the remote control they finish off a festive look in a safe way. As they are on a timer it’s not easy to give an accurate battery life. So far, I think these can be classed as a good reasonably priced candle set
