PANPEO 7-Port USB 3.0 Hub On/Off Switches 4ft for Laptop PC

I bought it because I was constantly unplugging and swapping USB devices, and having seven available ports has made my setup much more convenient. The individual power switches are probably my favorite feature. Being able to turn each port on or off independently means I don’t have to unplug devices when I’m not using them, and the small LED indicators make it easy to see which ports are active. The 4-foot cable is another thoughtful detail. It gives me enough length to position the hub where it’s convenient instead of having it hanging awkwardly right next to my laptop. The USB 3.0 connectivity has also been reliable and fast for transferring files and connecting peripherals. Everything was essentially plug-and-play without having to install additional software or drivers. The hub itself feels sturdy and well made even though it's very light. Despite having seven ports, it remains surprisingly compact and doesn’t take up much desk space. I also appreciate that the ports are arranged in a way that makes connecting multiple devices practical without the hub becoming too bulky. This is a very useful upgrade for anyone who regularly uses several USB devices. My laptop only has 2 ports so I really needed more. I'm very pleased with the value for the money. Only $7 for a great addition to my setup.

A must-have accessory for laptops and PCs. The 7 ports provide excellent functionality and plenty of space for multiple USB devices. The individual on/off switches are very convenient and make it easy to control each connection without unplugging anything. USB 3.0 speed is fast and reliable, and the 4 ft cable length gives good flexibility for desktop setups. The hub feels sturdy, has good build quality, and the compact size keeps the desk organized. Easy to use, widely compatible, and excellent value for money.

Obviously this is a cheap product, so it ought to be a good value for the price if it works well. Unfortunately, its functionality is quite limited. Right out of the box, I was happy with it. All the lights came on when I turned each slot on, turned off when I turned each slot off, and it powered my devices with no trouble. However, after about a day, I noticed when I plugged my headset into one of these ports, it occasionally dropped audio as if it momentarily disconnected. After a couple days, the keyboard I plugged into it stopped working. Switching ports sometimes helped but not always. What I found after several days of experimenting is that it seems to work about half the time, maybe a little less. For me, even at a budget price, that's just not good enough when the whole point of a USB hub is to have multiple devices plugged in and connected simultaneously.

I recently purchased this USB 3.0 hub and overall I’m very satisfied with its performance. It’s compact, lightweight, and very easy to use—just plug and play, no setup needed. The multiple ports are very convenient for connecting several devices at once, like a mouse, keyboard, flash drives, and more. The data transfer speed is fast and reliable, which is exactly what I needed. I also like the design; it looks modern and doesn’t take up much space on my desk. The cable length is decent and gives enough flexibility when setting it up. The only small downside is that if you connect many high-power devices at the same time, performance can slightly decrease, but that’s expected with most hubs. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing extra USB ports.

Works great for hooking up speakers, keyboard, mouse and other devices not using a great deal of power. Not good for hooking up unpowered external hard drives. Even though I have the hub hooked into my usb 3 computer port, there is not enough power to be able to use my 3tb unpowered hard drive. This may not be the fault of the hub -- I may just be expecting more than an unpowered hub can achieve. I also have a powered 3tb external hard drive, and the hub is able to handle that. Bottom line, if you are trying to use this hub to connect an unpowered drive, it's not the hub for you -- spend a bit more for a powered hub.

This is a great addition to our LED Displays because you can turn stuff off without unplugging USB cables BUT the weird thing is if you turn the device off at the power plug and you still have batteries in your devices, they continue to power al the other devices that are plugged into it. The solution: remove all batteries. Then if you want to power the whole thing off with a smart plug they will go nitty nite.e

This works great I really like that you can cut power off to each usb port. I would definitely recommend this product

Worked for like 3 weeks and now randomly unplugs and replugs

Not too sure about this device. Sometimes it works for my Arduino development boards, sometimes not. It seems to work ok on USB drives and cameras. I have a 4 unit hub beside it that never fails.
