Peerless Assassin 120 performance in a smaller form factor
I currently own a Sliger Cerberus X ATX case that has a cooler height limit of 149mm. Given I was going for more white parts, I decided to forego my Fuma 2 in favor of the Peerless Assassin 120 SE White cooler. Unfortunately, that cooler was 7mm too tall for this case, so I then opted for this Silver Soul 135 cooler. It's a bit narrower than the Peerless Assassin, allowing you to have clearance for your memory kits. As for performance, let me tell you, I got to within 5C of the Peerless Assassin on my R9 7950X with the single fan that came with the Silver Soul (79C vs 84C on average, respectively). Once I added a second fan to this cooler, temps matched the Peerless Assassin, if not outright beat them (likely due to slightly uneven mounting to be fair). My R9 7950X runs cool and quiet, with peak temps in the upper 80s (<88C) when under load for good amounts of time (>15min). All in all, this cooler is a good choice for those who need sub-150mm dual tower coolers but don't want to go the AIO route or pay $15+ extra for the Fuma 2 or 3. With such savings, you could actually buy a Thermalright triple fan pack for around $13, maybe even add one of those fans to the cooler like I did, while still having two more fans for the case.Unless you're overclocking a 12 gen i7/i9 or later, this cooler will be able to tame temps on your CPU of choice. It comes with LGA 1700 mounting and is compatible with AM5 since that uses AM4 spacing. Keep in mind I'm running PBO with a curve optimizer on my 7950X, with power limited to around 165W-170W since that's where you'll reach peak performance-per-watt on this CPU. Adjusting my settings allowed me to operate well below 95C peaks, while keeping noise down. There's no sense in letting this CPU go to 220W or so given diminishing returns beyond 175W.

Value for money & effective.
This cooler high value for money and effective for Intel i7 or AMD.

Quiet, cheap, cool, matches my case. What more do you want?
Keeps an undervolted 5800x3D cool in a small SSF Master Cooler NR200. It's silent at idle, and even when it spins up it's not obnoxious like some other HSFs. Very cheap, especially on sale, and especially for the performance against higher priced competitors. A nice alternative to the Peerless Assassin if your case cannot fit it.

Good product
I like it it does the jobs... I got the same temps as those with th SI-100. But because the fan is between the two towers, its quieter at the same rpm level.

Substantial cooling
Much better than the stock Intel cooler on my i7-12700 -- temps went from 45C to 25C idle, 75C to 55C under heavy load. Only downside is that the one fan is a bit louder than I'd like, although it's still much quieter than the tiny stock cooler. Would recommend, especially if your case doesn't have space for a full dual tower.
