Attractive light for front porch
We just had this installed today, and it's a very attractive fixture. Our handyman had no trouble installing it. It looks especially nice with a clear bulb. Fingers crossed that it lasts (as so many things don't these days).

Quit working
We have only had this for 10 months and it just quit working. Had a friend who is an electrician double check the wiring, there is power going to it but it won't work. Pretty disappointed !!! I bought 2 for our garage, hoping they don't go out as well.

Easy to install as long as the junction box hole is exactly the size of the plate
Quality of the build is mid-range. Not too high, but not too cheap either. It comes with the screws and way too small wire nuts to install the light. The biggest issue with adjusting the length of the chain is that you need to have non-marring pliers to open up the links and close them. I wrapped about 4 layers of duct tape around the jaws of my pliers so that they wouldn't chew through the finish of the chain links. The other big issue is that decorative base is almost the exact same size as the mounting plate. So if your hole is any bigger, it will show the edges of the hole. The fixtures I replaced had a square base, so the holes for the junction boxes were cut pretty rough. I had to use some extra vinyl sheet to make a larger gasket to cover up the edges of the whole.Otherwise, the lights are pretty easy to install with basic mechanical and electrical skills.
