Why do they say it comes with aromatic candles?

The wall décor did not come with aromatic candles. It's my understanding the term "aromatic candles" refers to the picture itself. I can understand how it would be misleading since there is nothing that can convey based on the picture itself if they are aromatic. Maybe just call it "Spa Still Like with Candles"??
