Worth Brushing Up
It’s not comprehensive, but useful for review and identifying weaknesses for further work.

Understanding Real Estate Math
The book is just "OKAY" The improvements should be when learning the "T" factor with math problems, maybe the author should have explained in the math examples, "What number is the part, and what number is the rate, and what number is the total" Real estate math is hard enough and this book needs to have every example what number is the part, what number is the rate, what number is the total. If you are math-challenged like myself, that would help to understand the "T" Factor.
