First, tighten the valve by means of the valve key included. Remove the valve cap, insert the valve key and turn it in direction CLOSE. During this process please hold the valve’s lower part with the other hand to prevent rotation. Second, Please confirm that the tube and pump are tightened. If you still can’t get into the air, please contact us
