Great product for gift
I purchased 3 for my grandson who are in cold weather state's universities and wold not venture to the gym on a really cold day. They work great.

Took these on vacation, they worked great!
Vacationed in the Caribbean with no access to a gym, stuffed a couple of the exercise bands, a resistance band, the ankle bands, and the door thingee in my luggage, and got in some workouts! They took up allow zero space. Now using in my home office. Highly recommend.
