I ran out of my own 10mg chewable gummies bottle and grabbed two or three of these gummies and slept fine. One night I didn't take anything and barely got any sleep. These definately helped out in a bind. I got then for my niece. I imagine if they worked for me then they'd worked for her. My niece is 4 I'm 38 285lbs yes a weight problem I'm aware and yes I know I need to do something about it but ty for your concern.
