Is the tackle box completely waterproof?

Yes, it is completely waterproof. I tested it by placing it under a tap, and when I retrieved it, the inside of the box was still dry. Its seal is very tight, ensuring excellent waterproof performance. Moreover, there is a drying box inside the box that is very helpful.

Is there anyway to connect a coiled lanyard tether ?

The loop pictured at the top would connect to a lanyard, but I don’t know how strong it would be. You could get creative and do something like attach a pad eye to secure a lanyard to.

Can it safely store soft baits?
