B-Cure Laser - Classic, Laser Therapy Device for Pain Relief: Knee, Shoulder, Back, Joint & Muscle Pain Therapy, and and Inflammation Pain Relief, A Home-Uses Soft Laser Device

I have found it very worthwhile learning how to use the B-Cure stand for my chronic arthritis, as it saves holding the laser onto my skin.The starting point is to watch B-Cure’s own “B-Cure Laser : Instructions for Operation and Use” on YouTube.At 1minute 18 seconds, the video shows how to program the laser. First, press the round button and then use the long button above it to select the desired duration of treatment. This will show in the display, but for safety reasons the laser with its green light is not yet activated.At 2minutes 30 seconds, the video shows how to mount the laser into the stand, and rest my wrist on a cushion so that the laser comfortably remains on my skin. Now to start the laser, I simultaneously press the oval button on the left side of the laser and then the round button, and simultaneously release them. The green light appears and the display starts counting down, emitting a beep every 3 seconds to show it is operating until the desired treatment time expires.I have also referred to the B-Cure User Manual. Unfortunately, this Manual is deficient and confusing in three respects, perhaps because it is not specific to the Pro model I have. First, the table of contents does not have an illustration of the Parts. Second, one can only therefore assume that item 8, the ‘clip’ is in fact the stand. Third, it doesn’t detail the steps needed to program and then start the laser which I have explained above.Now I have mastered all this, I am rapidly finding a reduction in the chronic arthritic pain I have in my wrists and ankles, and the temporary ligament strain I have in my right knee. Without the stand enabling me to clamp the laser to the arm or seat of a chair, I’m not sure I would persevere with holding the laser!

I'm very disappointed with the purchase it didn't help at all.

This device is far too expensive and there are other much much better devices on the market for a fraction of the price. At first when started out using I thought I felt well but havnt noticed no great difference to chronic daily pain and found that in the long run it does notthing at all!

You seem to have 50% good and 50% bad reports which concerns me, I was not so convinced as I thiugh I would be by reading the reviews. It's allot of Monet for someone like me to shell out whilst I'me retired on a machine which would sit in a drawer gathering dust if it proved to be no use to my shoulder and neck pain. If I ever tried it I would need it on a 6 not 1 month trial to see if it helped get rid of my pain....

I bought it for my back ,it did nothing no reduction in inflammation at all even when I used it a double the recommended time ,I found it as waste of money

I am a active and social person who regularly plays vets football.I came across the B-Cure laser by accident and thought that I would try it on a persistent frozen shoulder injury I picked up falling asleep on the couch awkwardly.I used the laser every day for a two week period and was stunned and relieved how effective the laser was on the continual pain I was suffering from.As with most things as soon as I felt better I used it less which is something I feel is really important with the usage, I have to be consistent to get the best results.

I had this treatment through a physical therapist for my knee and decided to try to find it for home use. I found this one and it was the best price and the level of strength recommended by the therapist. Most units are a minimum of $1300.00 and most are not at the same therapeutic level. Some are nothing more than led lights. I just got this and I have only used it a few times but it gives me the same pain relief that I got from the physical therapy. I have started using it for scars and other issues with skin too and do not know how that will work since all of it is old issues but my therapist did say that scars revised as a "side effect" of using this type of device after surgery. The unit is lightweight and easy to use. It has a feature that allows you to leave it on without holding the button which is awesome and everything seems to work very well. I already have recommended this to family and friends. If you are looking for pain relief from arthritis or injury, and even a good probability of actual healing, I would highly recommend this product and the vendor HolyLand Gifts. It is so nice to find a product that is made in Israel rather than Asia and with such awesome quality and good customer service.

I have rated a few items on Amazon, most favorably. I have never written a bad review, some poor items are not costly enough to worry about. I try to be fair, nothing is perfect.NOT THIS TIME! I purchased the item to test it's efficacy on me. It does not do a thing, even after repeated efforts. I gave it to a friend to try with a lot less pain than I am having, which hovers from the 5 to ten range daily. You think you have problems? His wife tried it on him several times-nothing.Personally I think this thing is complete garbage. DO NOT BUY IT, don't even think about it. I'll say it again, DO NOT BUY This JUNK .The seller refuses to accept return for this piece of snake oil wizardry. I would have the same results shining a $ 20 flashlight on my body-maybe better! Or build something that could be more effective out of LEGO blocks! The Seller is also bum, hands down the worst I've had to deal with in over 35 years and that is saying quite a bit. Taking advantage of people when they are in a weakened state-great human beings.When you are in pain you will try anything to get rid of it, unless you want to be a drug addict. These people are taking advantage of sufferers, from the safety of a foreign country ; laughing at us. It's not only unfair but abusive.Amazon should not be carrying these kinds of products, unless they want to loose customers. Again I can't emphasize this enough-I know what pain is and how desperate we sufferers can get to deal with it, considering the medical community seems little concerned at times. DO NOT TRY IT-spend the extra money to go to a professional. If you have this kind of money to throw away, do it at a casino; you have better chances of winning or at least having a good time. I am struggling with Amazon to force the seller to accept return but they are being of little help as well. In fact, they are making me go through hoops to deal with what should be a simple return-the company is close to loosing me and my family for good as it is, if I don't get my money back they will have succeeded-congratulations to them.don't throw your money away, buy more ibuprofen, anything but pleas heed my advice.

I bought both the B Cure on Amazon and at the same time the TQ Solo because I offered low in an auction and the seller accepted. I had just had scar tissue removal surgery and had read a lot about the benefits of cold lasers in wound healing so I had high hopes for both units but neither provided any pain relief or seemed to accelerate the wound healing. When I felt like I receiving no benefit, I would only do one side of the area and again no difference. I also tried both units on my son's eczema as well as my wife's back pain and they did not seem to help in those instances either. I had expected to see a drastic difference between the two units effectiveness due to their cost and power differences but all that I encountered was equal ineffectiveness. In my case they really didn't do anything. I am rating both units with two stars because I do think both units are well constructed and both have a lot of online support so perhaps they are effective in other situations, they just did not work for me.Additionally my wife returned the B-Cure to Extraordinary Beauty (an Amazon seller) as per their instructions via Fedex, which confirmed delivery to the seller but they didn't get a signature, so that seller refused my refund claiming it was stolen from their front door, Amazon supported this decision, in the process losing a customer who had been with them since the beginning. If you buy the B-Cure I would suggest you buy it from another Amazon reseller.

Wow. To be honest I didn't believe this would work but I was desperate. I'd had an interstim implant removed from my lefthip (it was for my bladder) and I had scarring around the site and around the insertion site where the leads (wires) went intomy spine. I had nerve damage and unrelenting pain every day. I tried this, and yes, at first things did flare up a bit, butthen WOW big improvement. I'm not longer tortured by that bundle of nerves that is impinged by scar tissue. I combined thistherapy (2x a day - for 1 month) with "cupping" to break up the scar tissue and it worked. I can hardly believe that I'm writingthese words. I have also used it on my hips for my arthritis (osteo) and am starting to get some relief from that.
