Great replacement part, just take your time in doing it as it's only plastic.
Easy to install this replacement chrome piece however, it was personally challenging for me to remove the stock grille to access the 3 Phillips screws in the back of the chrome trim. There are 6 yellow tabs that lock the grille assembly to the car. I personally had difficulty removing those with fear of breaking it. Once everything is off, replacement is straight forward and much easier.

Not a very good product - cheaply made and hard to install
Buyer be warned - If you are looking for an easy, quick install this chrome molding is not the one to get. It definitely is not a perfect, easy fit. You have to really bend it and break off the tabs in the back of it to get it to fit in the grille properly. I am very handy and struggled to get it to work without actually breaking it. I would say it is hard to install. Once it was installed it looks ok, like a 6 out of 10. Definitely not as good as the original one that unfortunately fell out in the carwash.
