The fit for my guard was just as good as the one my dentist did for me a few years ago. This guard is thick and made of soft material so it is comfortable. They shipped the fitting materials and completed guard back to me quickly.

This is the best teeth grinding guard I have ever owned and please believe me when I say I have had a great many. Not only is this strong to protect against teeth grinding but it also fits snugly on your top teeth so you don’t wake up at night with the mouth guard on the bed or floor.I will definitely buy again when I feel it is needed but right now I am extremely happy with this product and the price for it. All around this night guard is great, and much cheaper than through the dentist for the same quality!

Since I work with jewelry and have the proper tools to shape this, I did. It was soooo thick, it needed reduction in several areas along the from and sides.It's working all right, but it isn't great, and I'll probably go ahead and spring for one made by my dentist - where I'll get it made or even remade perfectly, because I'll have paid to do so.
