Amoled smoked
I was looking for Fenix 8 at first but the price is outrageous. Epix PRO is exactly what I need with couple hundred dollars saved. The flash light is very useful in comparison with my Apple Watch. Battery will last me 5 days. This is somewhat below my expectation, but it is enough for 47mm version. It will take users about a week to familiarized with all the functions. It is not as intuitive to setup as Apple Watch. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

A Premium Multisport Smartwatch with Exceptional Performance and Everyday Practicality
The Garmin epix Pro Gen 2 in the 51 mm size is by far the finest smartwatch I have used and it easily surpasses many other premium models in both performance and reliability. After wearing it daily across work training and general outdoor activity I have been consistently impressed by how well it blends advanced fitness features with long lasting practicality. The AMOLED display is one of the standout elements. It is bright sharp and easy to read whether you are out in direct sunlight or checking your stats in a darker environment. Although the screen is stunning I fitted a screen protector straight away to avoid any accidental scratches. This gave me added confidence when wearing the watch during gym sessions or on the bike where knocks can happen without warning. Battery performance is exceptional. I achieved well over twenty five days on a single charge which is remarkable for a watch with such a vivid display and extensive tracking. Even with GPS activities notifications heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking running continually the battery still drained at an impressively slow rate. For anyone who undertakes long distance training or multi day adventures this level of endurance is invaluable. In terms of fitness and sport features the watch is superb. The range of activity profiles covers everything from running and cycling to strength training and more technical outdoor sports. GPS accuracy is consistent and fast with reliable mapping and route tracking. Metrics such as heart rate body battery and recovery insights add helpful context to training load and daily readiness. One feature I did not expect to use as much as I have is the built in flashlight. It is surprisingly bright and extremely practical. It becomes useful in countless everyday situations such as finding a keyhole in the dark checking equipment early in the morning or navigating a dim car park. It is a small addition yet it significantly enhances the overall experience of using the watch. Build quality is excellent with a robust premium feel while still remaining comfortable despite its larger size. The buttons and touchscreen work smoothly together making navigation straightforward even when you are moving. Overall the Garmin epix Pro Gen 2 is a flawless smartwatch that excels in both training performance and everyday convenience. Its battery life durability screen quality and thoughtful features make it one of the most complete multisport watches available and it delivers a genuinely premium experience from start to finish.

Pure, unadulterated Garmin genius.
Swapping my trusty Garmin Instinct for the Epix Pro 2 felt like upgrading from a trusty steed to a sleek, feature-packed rocket ship. The difference is staggering. The OLED display is a kaleidoscope of vibrant info, the interface is smoother than a baby's bottom, and the battery life? Forget plugging in every night, this thing practically runs on sunshine. Now, I'm not exaggerating when I say it blows the Google Pixel Watch 2 out of the water. That thing was a glitchy Frankenstein's monster of overcomplicated menus and short battery life. The Epix Pro 2? It's pure, unadulterated Garmin genius. Music on Spotify, contactless payments at the smoothie stand, all without lugging my phone on a run? Yes, please. This watch is practically my running partner, my music DJ, and my payment ninja, all rolled into one. Sure, an LTE version would be the icing on the cake, but honestly, that's like wishing for rainbow-colored unicorns. This watch is so damn good, the lack of cellular data can't even dim my shine. If you're a fitness enthusiast (or even just a regular human who appreciates quality tech), this watch is a game-changer. It's a beautiful beast, packing more features than a Swiss Army knife and running like a cheetah on sugar. My advice? Ditch the bulky phone, strap on the Epix Pro 2, and prepare to be blown away.

Amazing
I'm very happy with the watch. I had Fenix in the past and I was thinking for a long between Epix vs Fenix which to choose. I'm very fussy with purchases, so it took me a while. So keep it short, if you are a gym and home person and like gadgets, Epix is the choice. If you are outdoors and extremely sport active think more about Fenix in my opinion. Battery life is amazing, have had the watch for a month and charged it only once and still have 17 days left. It's an expensive product so if you are not sure if you need all the features easily you can go for something older from Garmin which will be much cheaper and will cover all your needs. Ahh, and the GPS on this watch is great, smooth, and pretty accurate.

No brainer....
An upgrade from a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar. I wanted the updated chip with ECG capacity and maps - this was half the price of the one on Garmin! The strap it came with I struggled with but some purchases from Amazon soon rectified that. I have had Garmin watches for some years now and know my way around them - battery life is up to 30 days but I'm getting about a week with how I have it setup. The AMOLED screen is amazingly bright in all light settings and I am delighted with the purchase. Instinct 2 Solar now for sale.....

Do not buy Garmin products!
Had this watch for just over two years and the main function button has stopped working! For such a price it is not good at all also accuracy on GPS is also pitiful

Amazing watch with great features - problematic silicone strap that leaves burn marks
The display is great, the battery life is awesome; the features and updates show how capable this fitness watch is so many different ways. However, the silicone strap supplied with it has made it unwearable for extended periods of time because it causes me a skin reaction so severe that my wrist has looked at times as though boiling water has been tipped over it. I looked to buy a nylon strap alternative from Garmin but cannot believe Garmin can have the gall to charge £249 for a nylon strap!! I have never had a reaction ever before while wearing other makes of watch and can see, from online comments, that I'm far from being alone in experiencing this issue. Garmin's stratospheric pricing greed for a nylon equivalent just adds insult to a real injury. Garmin should offer free nylon replacement straps to the many people being injured by the silicone ones supplied with the Epix Pro 2. In all other respects, though, the watch is an informative delight.

Fantastic smartwatch .
What a fantastic piece of kit this is, I have been using an Instinct 2 solar but have recently been struggling to see it with my old eyes so needed something with a nice clear screen and this fits the bill brilliantly, the battery life at 6 days using it in smartwatch mode is more than enough considering it has an OLED screen and using it in hike mode to record my activity's is still around 4 days which is pretty good compared to the Apple Watch my partner has which needs charging daily, next day delivery using prime was good and the price was competitive. All in all highly recommended.

Garmin EPIX Pro 51mm - Die bisher beste Sportwatch?!
