4 out of 5 stars. Does juice thoroughly with less waste than my Jack LaLanne. My experience so far of almost 30 days now of 1 - 2 day usage for 16 - 32 ounces/day is no separation of juice, must wash all 4 pieces of juices after each use with nice handy brush, consistently cutting down fruits and veggies helps with larger sized F & V's to fit inside the chute (especially carrots, celery, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.), this product had online reviews that it was very easy to clean but for the most part I do think it is moderately easy to clean...there's just no short cuts out there on any juicer I think after owning 3 different models now . . . it's worth it though. Do be aware the "manual" is brief & not actually helpful in instructions on how to properly make the juicer start up for the initial juice - especially note the top piece MUST be in it's exact designated place or the juicer just won't work...it took myself plus my husband to figure out where exactly that spot was. A plus I love the safety feature it has with no possible way of getting your fingers inside (from my experience). This juicer is a SLOW juicer so do be aware of that. There's a small orange piece of plastic that inserts on the very bottom of the first attachment that helps the distribution of juice separation from fibers that I had no clue of what it actually did. Then I used the juicer for the 1st time, tried cleaning it then found the bottom orange piece is removable to clean but it is supposed to be screwed in. I hope that piece stands the test of time since there's no replacement. I did not find any Youtube clips from the maker on any product setup guides nor troubleshooting or recipes. This juicer is nice and quiet. I do see this juicer overall a step up from my prior one mentioned above and that it is worth the money spent, especially seeing how much rich nutrients you can obtain from faithful juicing everyday. I am happy and will gladly be juicing everyday for the rest of my life. Juicing is awesome and hope this helps someone out there on the fence.

Great so far. The pics I have is of before and after. Took one Saturday evening and the other Sunday evening. There are some settlement but I think with any juice juice, the particles go to the bottom. Also had a a open cup in the fridge and the juice actually stayed liquid compared to regular non slow juicer where it thickens very quickly and it literally separates like oil and water. Love love that it's bladeless and 95% of pulp comes out into the container. Very easy to clean is a plus! Will update if any changes

I was very disappointed with this juicer. I thought a masticating juicer was supposed to grind the produce giving more juice but this juicer didn't create as much juice as my old centrifuge model. Also, the juice separated just like my old juicer. On the third day it jammed so we cleaned it completely and restarted where it once again jammed. This jam caused such a seal on the feed shute that it took two people (one to hold it, the other to try to turn it) to take the assembly apart in order to clean it. To sum it up, there was no benefit to owning this juicer but way more trouble to care for than other juicers.

It's was defective
