About how much liquid does the large hold? (I have a 70lb 15yr old lab that has accidents when he's in his kennel.)

I have a 15 year old , 28 lb., Snoodle and I use the large size because I use an extra pad with the belly band for overnight. He is blind now and can't get to his dog door fast enough. Using the Medium size is too tight for him with the extra, thick, pad. The Large size is more than generous.

My 16 yr. old min. poodle measures 15" around the "wrap area". Should I get the small that fits up to a 16" waist or go up to medium?

My dog has 22" waist and the mediums are plenty big - supposedly for up to a 23.5" waist. The small would prob work for your dog.

I'm having trouble with the wrap bunching up on my dog. I have the right size. It bunches up and his penis slips out. Any advice?

I have the same issue. The AmazonBasics Male Dog Wraps are rather wide and as a result they bunch up. I've had better luck with the Vet's Best male dog diapers, but they're also more expensive.

Will these fit my 130lb Rottweiler?

Wouldn't fit my Black Lab 70+ lb with 33.5" waist. I'd measure your dog's waist. A relative has Rotts and they'd need bigger than XL. I have to lengthen any of the reusable diapers for some of our variety of big dogs, and can't use disposable for most of them.
