elastic gone limp
This was great when it first arrived and for the first couple of weeks, but gradually the elastic which seemed extremely strong, and great for absorbing shock when doggy suddenly decided he wants to go after something, has just gone completely over 50% of the lead and what little elastication there is, is very limp. Bitterly disappointed. Am hoping it is just a faulty one and will be replaced by seller for a reliable one.
