I add 2 to 3 drops into my face moisturizer and mix it well. My lotion is unscented so I couldn't answer your 2nd question.

Is there a natural way to remove it or lighten it?

Hello! I would try a sugar scrub. With other tanners that streaked, I found this was helpful in removing the color.

Does the color get on/stain on white bedding or towels?

I've only put this on my face and neck but have not had issues with it getting on my sheets. If you dry your face aggressively then yes, it will get on your towels. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly or it will stain your hands.
